Since 2015, ProBuiltCo Roofing & Construction has been serving client as a general construction management company based in Cary, NC.  We specialize in commercial and residential projects for both, design to build, and interior and exterior remodeling.  We provide services for customers throughout North Carolina, focused primarily in the Triangle.

bill asher

Bill Asher, the President and Founder of ProBuiltCo, established the company in 2015 with a vision to redefine the construction management landscape. Under his leadership, ProBuiltCo has rapidly evolved into a prominent leader in the construction industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation. With over 30 years of diverse experience spanning engineering, technology, project management, and consulting, Bill has cultivated a wealth of knowledge that has been instrumental in the company’s success.


Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Connecticut State University, which laid the foundation for his robust business acumen. Further enhancing his skill set, he earned an MBA in Financial Management from the University of New Haven, equipping him with the financial insights necessary for strategic growth.


As an unlimited licensed general contractor, Bill combines his academic credentials with practical experience, ensuring that ProBuiltCo not only meets but exceeds industry standards. His leadership continues to inspire a culture of excellence and innovation within the company.

sales and relationship manager

Chad Coffey

Chad Coffey is ProBuiltCo’s dedicated Sales and Relationships Manager, bringing two years of experience with the company and a lifetime of expertise in working with people. His passion for customer service and satisfaction shines through in every interaction, ensuring that each homeowner feels supported and valued throughout the process.


With a strong background in construction and roofing, Chad combines technical knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills to make each project as smooth and enjoyable as possible. His commitment to creating positive experiences for clients makes Chad an invaluable asset to the ProBuiltCo team.

Business Administration Manager

Gracie LaFeir

Gracie LaFeir is the Business Administration Manager at ProBuiltCo, where she oversees the paperwork and online aspects of day-to-day operations. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth business functions and serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.


Originally from Franklinton, NC, Gracie now resides in Jacksonville, NC, with her husband and daughter. Her commitment to managing the operational side of the business and providing exceptional customer service makes her an essential part of the ProBuiltCo team.

Stan Margerum

Stan, based in Cary, North Carolina, is a dedicated professional who has been a part-time field agent with ProBuiltCo Roofing & Construction for two years while also working full-time as a skilled masseuse.


In his role as a field agent, Stan brings expertise and reliability to various projects, ensuring their success. 


Stan’s ability to balance these two roles demonstrates his adaptability and dedication. He is a valuable asset to the ProBuiltCo team, contributing to the company’s continued success with his unique skill set.
